The musical piece, "Fairy Dance of Twinkle and Shadow" by Susumu Yokota was chosen as the main work. The objective was to produce an architectural response to establish an analogy between music and architecture production. The model of the musical piece was performed several times in real-time with a live audience.
Firstly elements and the atmosphere of the music are distinguished and notated as a linear diagram. Then these elements and musical gestures are translated into materials and model-making gestures. This notation was worn as an arm-band by the performers
All the elements used in the performance had their certain places in order to work smoothly with the program. Before every round of performance their placement needed to be carefully checked.
